SEF’s Contact Center is a Project funded by the European Fund for the Integration of Third Country Nationals.
It was created in 2006, aiming to welcome, integrate and improve services to the Citizens, and relies on socio-cultural mediators of perse nationalities. Communication in 11 languages (Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Polish, Creole from Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau and São Tomé Príncipe) has contributed to a better integration. In 10 years, about 3 million calls were answered.
