Within the scope of border control, yesterday 1st of May, the Aliens and Borders Service (SEF) intercepted fourteen (14) foreign citizens at Porto Airport for possession and use of false, forged or fraudulently issued documents.

The implicated citizens were carrying the following documents: 10 false, forged or fraudulently issued Venezuelan passports; 2 Peruvian forged passports, and 4 falsified Italian residence permits. One of the intercepted persons was the target of an entry interdiction measure into the Schengen territory.
All occurrences were linked to passengers of the same flight, departing from Caracas – Venezuela.
