If you wish to present a demonstration of interest in compliance with paragraph 2 of article 88 or article 89 of Act 23/2007 of July 4, you formerly must confirm you fulfil the following requirements:

-	to have entered in Portugal legally;
-	to be registered in the social security system with your situation regularized;
and
-	to possess a labour connection confirmed by work contract or other document issued by an immigrant association which is party to the Consulting Council for Immigration Affairs or by the Work Inspectorate General;
or
-	Have formed a company within the terms of the law, have declared the start of activity to the Fiscal and to the Social Security Authorities as an individual entrepreneur, or have signed a contract for providing services within the ambit of a liberal profession;
